Well ive been on placement for 4 weeks now

got another 2 weeks left, im in reception class, well from my first day

the main staff in my classroom were ignorant

i would say Hello and they would just look at me,

i am very confident once i get to know people and people who are

willing to get to know me as ive got a boyfriend who i met randomly and

loads of friends, but im shy when

i start a new placement and get even more shy when they

make me look bad by not talking to me,which

knocks my confidence,

well i didn't bother with them

as im their for the children, and i get on with the children well

im always helping them, making them laugh and its great

but my teacher came in from college yesterday telling me they

have gave me a bad report and might be kicking me out, which i don't understand because

i get on so well with the children, the only time i keep quiet

is when the other teachers are in charge, e.g. reading a story on the carpet

but ill still tell the children to turn round if they talk and stick to my role,

im only shy with communicating with the adults as ive tyred and they

just blank me,

i join in with songs and enjoy having my own group to do some righting

but then they have gave me a bad report and talking about kicking me out

and i don't understand why, ive tyred my best to communicate with them

but they just don't talk back, so ive totally gave up

with caring about them , which literally makes me want to cry because

im doing nothing wrong, my teacher said she might move me but its the bad report

and the lien they are doing that's getting to me, i actually cried in front of my teacher

it hurt that much, i just was wondering will the report affect my career, im studying

childcare Laval 2, but my teacher also added to my report that even though the staff

said i need to interact with the children more "i worked well and help them and knew

my role", but im just scared of going back its like they don't want me there which they don't

its making me not want to not do childcare anymore making me feel like is it me

that's doing something wrong, but i know im not but why would they lie

what should i do about this, will the report effect me? the headteachers also having a dig

at me when she hasn't even listened to my side of the story its making my life hell

2 weeks left seem a life time....
