Pharmacy Intern in the U.S. Your opinion please?

I'm an International Pharmacist who is registered as an Intern in the U.S. I want to join the retail career ( CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Walmart or Target). I got a job offer as a pharmacy tech part time in retail, and I got an opportunity as a pharmacy Intern full time (better salary and benefits) in a hospital pharmacy. I have 2 questions please
Is it easy after finishing my internship in a hospital pharmacy to join the retail career in one of the big compnay ?
And what if I accepted already the tech position in the retail, and I want to leave, is there a problem if I want to work there again as a pharmacist in the future ? Thanks

People change their minds everyday, you have to do what is right for you, and the rest will fall into place. Any resume that can add what your choices are in the hospital will most certainly be all the better for it. I say go on with your plans, send a nice decline letter to the retail store, and go and do a knock out job at the hospital. Your profile will be enhanced for work anywhere once you complete your internship. |

I suggest that you take both jobs. Work day shift at one job and night shift at the other. Or, work weekends at one job and weekdays at the other. Being a new immigrant, you probably will need lots of money for; new car, new house or apartment, new furniture, etc. |
