NJ Unemployment working more part time more then 32 hours?

In NJ I know if you collect Unemployment, and you work more then 32 hours even part time, you don't get benefits, but does that just apply for the weeks you work more then 32? Or does the week you get more then 32 automatically disqualify you for unemployment, even if you don't get more the 32 hours after that?

You must claim all earnings during every reporting period, the weeks you make too much your benefits are decreased.... the number of hours is irrelevant it is a matter of the dollar amounts earned....the weeks you make less your benefits go back up.... |
