My job forces me to use my personal cell phone to send out text messages every morning to 3 of the owners and they refuse to reimburse me. Can they do that? Or is there some kind of law that their breaking?

They can probably get away with it since you can write off your cell phone as a buisness expense when tax season rolls around. |
