Leaving Job- feeling very very guilty?
I really need some help and advice. I have been in my job 7 months and will be leaving in about 4 to start a new job which will take my career in more of the direction I want to go. I feel so guilty about leaving this current job as I have not been here that long, when I took the job I was happy and saw myself here for a good few years, but things have changed and I don't feel settled here at all. I feel doubly guilty as when I took the job they said they didn't want someone who was only going to stay a year then leave, we have had 2 other people leave recently as well. Its not their fault but I just feel so unsettled here and I have already accepted my new job, I just feel so guilty. Whats the best way to let them know, I guess I have to be prepared for a bad reaction :(

Just tell them. You aren't doing anything wrong, so don't feel guilty. |
