Job assistance for Schizophreniacs in India?

Hi
My brother is suffering from Schizophrenia. He is brilliant and excelled at studies as a child till the time he got this disease in class tenth. He struggled a lot and somehow completed BE in Electronics as well. But due to the disease symptoms like looking lost and not mixing with people he is not able to find a job. This is hampering his recovery from the disease as well. For past 5 years he has been trying in vain to get a job but some bad luck mixed .. he got some which did not work out. He is not willing to take up jobs like pizza delivery but atleast a clerical job etc would help put him on path of self-confidence and recovery but this seems to have become so difficult in this fast moving world. He is trained in .NET and has done couple of projects and is good at computer troubleshooting. We are currently located in Delhi. If anyone is willing to help him with a job/work or can share info in this regard please do let me know.
