Job Interview - What should I wear?

I have a job interview at IKEA on wednesday and I am wondering what I should wear. Would it be okay if I wore a white short-sleeved uniform shirt? what kind of pants/shoes should I wear? This isn't the first interview I've been to but I never have a solid idea on what I should wear.
