This is my first resume, and I want to apply for cashier or visual merchandising at a shoe store. Is this a simple, short and to the point profile sentence for my resume?

A responsible, organized, punctual and friendly individual ready to learn and work creatively to the best of abilities.

Yes, if this your first job? It shows you are determined. If it isn't your first job you might want to leave out "to the best of my abilities" part. You want to sound confident in your resume.

I'd leave out the "to the best of abilities" part.

I'd leave out... "learn....creatively to the best of abilities"

and keep the rest... Like this.
