I'm trying to get a part-time job with Kohl's or JC penny and snagajob just denied me which I'm shocked!! I'm educated and have plenty of experience!! I can't believe it... I called the HR person at these stores and they say they HAVE to go thru snagajob. Corporate headquarters wants it this way..

Does anyone know what corporate needs to get an interview?? I'm educated with experience-- just trying to get a second job to pay off my student loans.. And theres nothing wrong with that. In fact, that's a sign for a hard worker!!! : )

Does anyone have an email address or corporates address--- I just want to forward my resume to them..

It's sounds like you may have gotten tripped up by the screening questions. Those are the questions that Kohl's and JCPenny give SnagAJob.com so that they get only applicants that meet their needs. For instance, if they're looking for someone with a valid driver's license and 500 people who don't have one apply, it makes it easier to automatically eliminate people without one.

It doesn't mean you weren't qualified - it just means that they may have been looking for someone to check the full-time box and you checked the part-time box. Something small like that.

You sound like you've got great experience and would make a great employee. Keep applying and I'm sure you'll find a great job soon.
