You don't mention the position, but I'm getting the feeling it may be in customer service (cashier, server, etc). In which case your language is overly formal and inappropriate. You don't need to talk like a complete bumpkin, but "first and foremost..." is too formal and off-putting. Most of the letter is fine, but the opening paragraph.

"I would like to inform you that I'm still interested..." sounds as though there may have been question at one point about your interest? Reword this, or drop it as you already have it covered with what comes after the semicolon. (Semicolon also too formal, although definitely major kudos for using it properly since so few do).

I would drop the whole second paragraph, or rework the whole thing. "Not allow[ing] personal problems outside of work..." should be a given, and seems so out of place. If someone says "I promise not to punch any customers in the face", doesn't that sound odd to you? Maybe you were thinking about it, or had problems with punching customers in the face in the past. The longer your message, the less likely someone is going to read it all. A quick thank-you is what you're looking for here and you don't want to add too much bulk.

Third paragraph is fine (except for the improper use of semi colon this time - you want a comma in this case ;) ).

Good luck with getting the job!
