Two of my coworkers keep trying to make me talk or flirt with them or something while I'm trying to concentrate on my work. Is it acceptable to just ignore them? The boss' office is within earshot and I don't care to have her associate me with them, especially when she told us at a staff meeting that we shouldn't be socializing while working.
