I applied by email to a job posting but have not heard back. I know they're still hiring because the job posting is still up. Should I send my resume again and/or phone and ask if I the position is still available? I'd really love to work at this place..Need your advice please! Thank you.

I would say no because if you have already applied and still waiting for a response. They will either process yours and call you for an interview. This can take long and lots of things can happen between they pick up your resume and to the point calling you in. |
