Is it acceptable that Eunice is being forced to do accounting at work?

Eunice is not an accountant and barely passed accounting at school, but her boss is making her do accounting.. I told her she shouldn't do it and storm out, but she won't listen to me.. She's stressed to the titts over this whole thing.. Should I speak with her boss for her?

I think you should! But becareful when entering the bosses office you don't want to walk in at the wrong moment. She seems like she would have a boss that farts in his office and seals in the smell only to invite you in moments after.

Never. My employee handbook tells me that I can be fired for having someone else try to speak to any of my superiors regarding me or my job. It's a possible threat, it's a possible breach of confidentiality and it's not your business.

In almost every job description there is a clause that says and any other duties as assigned. If she can't handle it, maybe she needs to start looking for another job. OR, maybe she should just learn how to do it and she won't be so stressed.

In any case, I highly advise you not to interfere. For her sake.
