If you know what you going to do at job then there is no problem doing that

Coffee for me, none for you

Depends, I hired a lady who claimed to be a whiz on several computer programs. I gave her a basic test that she passed. Then later when teh fecal matter hit the fan she totally folded. She was immediately tossed out the door.

Its a very big deal. If I found out one of my employee's lied to get the job, no matter how good of a worker they were, I would have to fire them immediately because after that I could never trust them to represent my business.

Bad idea. When they are given a task that they claim to already have experience doing, they will be found out. At that point, they don't know how to do the job and they are exposed as a liar.

Companies prize honesty and integrity. If you demonstrate that you have neither, you will likely lose the job and definitely will never get a promotion. Instead, be up front about you experience and follow that up with you are a quick and eager learner. The positive spin is that you will learn to do it their way rather than trying to bring old, learned habits into a new workplace.
