I actually work at Best Buy as a salesperson. When I went into my interview I wore business attire (skirt with a nice shirt). They asked questions like "When have you had to deal with an irate person?", "When have you practiced leadership?", "Describe a time when you've had to utilize your strengths.", etc. Those will be asked in your first interview with the supervisor. If you pass that one then they will send you on to the next interview with a store manager. If you succeed in the second then you pretty much have the job and just have to meet with the general manager to discuss the drug test, pay rate, etc. It's really not a very strict atmosphere, just be professional, friendly, and talk yourself up. Don't be afraid to have a sense of humor either.

PS: Best Buy is really big on Trust which stands for "Thanking the customer for coming in, respect the customer, understand what the customer needs, satisfy the customers wants, and thank the customer again". If you can use those in your interview then do it. It will score you big points. (even just by saying anything about trust)

Anytime you're being interviewed for a job, you should look professional. Dress formally. You want to leave a good first impression and your look says a lot about you. Dress nicely and good luck!

Dress nicely, be well groomed, smile a lot, watch your grammar (no slang), be polite, thank them for the interview

Definately wear khakis or a casual dress. You will probably be asked a lot of questions about teamwork. Just be outgoing and you'll probly get the job. They hire almost anyone!
