You could do yard work and babysit neighborhood kids. I would also ask a local hair dresser if they would hire you to sweep and do clean up after people get their haircuts.

Go to your local grocery store/publix and ask for a job

Well, you should check local stores, nearby to where you live.

I'm not sure if you can work when you're 14, but you can ask. Try small restaurants for waitressing, or other easy jobs

You could also find a job that includes your talents, like singing, dancing, or more.
