I had a job interview and the last thing the interviewer told me today was that they had interviews all this week and they would make a decision by the end of the week or beginning of next week...
Does this mean what it means, or does this mean she is not interested in hiring me?

It means they have interviews. You might be the best up to that point but they don't know if the next person will be better so they won't offer it to you until the rest have been interviewed. |

In today's market there are many canidates available for one job. If they are telling you that they are making a decision by the end of the week or the begining of next, they are trying to find the best person that they can. As an HR Rep I have seen many do things to make us remember them ( and not be to pushy) I have had a canidate write me a thank you note for the interview and in it the recapped their skills. If you have any information like email addresses use them to thank them. This allows you to show that you were thankful of the time that they took to meet with you. |

Most of the time it is likely that you wont be hired so to me it looks like you have a chance but if i was you i would look for another job just in case. |
