Hi people, well im on this job in a construction company, a civil engr...when i joined the company, the company was young and still establishing itself..so i am one of the earliest people to arrive in the company, later on 3 more managers were hired..and i worked my a$$ off with those people, and now they trust me and rely on me...let me tell u ..that its a lebanese company..the management is lebanese, but my immediate manager is syrian...now 2 weeks before they hired another 'lebanese' civil engr..hes my junior but he uses his supremacy of arabic language and is like more interested in my work rather than his own work coz i already have secured a position in the company....i am a pakistani national..so it is bothering me as he tries to involve himself in my work...which i dont like..coz lebanese people are back biters..
i want to request my manager to not involve this new engr in my work..wats ur suggestion?..should i do it?..and how should i go about requesting my manager?...thanks a lot :D
