I want to choose my career but i'm very confused about what i want to do?

I'm 17 years old and i will be graduating on june and at the same time or maybe a month later i will be having my two certificates one in typist other in accounting and that is because i finished my high school very early but now i want to study some thing and choose it as my career but i don't know what should i study about me i don't like to read alot or stay working all day in office with lots of paper work and also i don't want to study some thing that would take me more than 2 years and actually i would prefer if it's less than that i also want to be sure that when i'm done studying i would find a job so please advice me and tell me about some careers that you think it might work out thanks
