I recently resigned from my job due to a little bit of hot water I got into with a coworker outside of work?
The law wasn't involved but word got back to work and I decided to resign before anything worse happened. I left on the best terms possible. Now I have two job offers from two different companies and the only thing that stands between me and the jobs is the background investigation. My question is do you think that someone will spill the beans in the background investigation or would something like that be difficult to dig up? Especially since I resigned.

It is doubtful that 'beanspilling' would occur. However, If you are in an industry that is small and has an everyone knows everyone feel, it might get back to you. SInce it wasn't specifically job related, don't sweat it. |
