I need some help with my boss.?

My boss (and owner of her store which I work as a cashier and also in the deli) and the managers of the store are just asses. An example of something would be cellphones. I know the use of cellphones are usually not permitted while working at most places and I understand that, its just there is this one girl at the service desk (which im being trained at) who is pregnant, she uses a stool which i have no problem with..what I do have a problem with is when she sits on her little stool using her cell and then abusing the office phone for personal reasons. Everyone else gets yelled at if their cell is even out in sight, yet everyone ignores that shes always just sitting there on her phone while costumers get upset that shes ignoring them. What should I do? Its so crazy there and if the boss is mad with someone she gives them less hours. I hate it there but there is nowhere else to go. Thanks. I really need advice with dealing with this, ive been there for a year now

Since this has nothing to do with you you should just ignore it. There is nothing you can do that will not make you look like either a nosy busy body or a trouble maker.

The boss can handle this as he sees fit, it is his money that he is giving her, not yours.

Im sorry that you have no where else to go.

1st. Always remember you are an individual and you are not this person or that person. You need to stick out from the crowd. You can only do that by respecting yourself and respecting the place that pays you whether they are bad or good people it doesnt matter. As an individual you yourself make people respect you.

see if the pregnant girl wasnt on the phone, you probably respect her more............RIGHT.

Dont compare yourself with others and what they do.

Business owners do whatever they feel thats right..............and beneficial to them.......did you ever see the other side of the coin.............why the bus. owner cuts the ppls hours...... Do they have a habit of let say disappearing when needed. They're not there on time..............what is the reason they cause the owner to get upset and cut their hours.

the business is there to make money, and is not there for charity.... you know what I mean..............

keep it to yourself.............and dont get in the politics of ppl trying to explain their actions when they try to break the rules.

I would just privately bring it up with your boss. Another method is to watch what happens after her pregnancy is over. You'll never know, she could be the only one out of the work place that is allowed to use the office/cell phones. If she is still the same after pregnancy, definitely bring it up (but privately and professionally). Good luck.
