I need help with an interview for a bank job...?

It's for a collections agent role (phoning people who are behind on their payments to loans, overdrafts, etc) and I know that one of the questions is "Give me example of when you have dealt with targets, and how you have effectively ensured you exceeded these targets"
Basically, I wanted to know if anyone can give me some tips, because I worked for a bank previously doing paperwork and filing, but I want to make it sound like I've had similar experience to this job I've applied for, so that it comes across as useful to them...
