So embarrasing

I just had no idea how to respond to "why do you think you should work here???"

"what can you bring to us that other students can't?"

and other questions

it was horrible, a massacre!!!

how do you respond to these questions???

and if you're blank, how do you keep yourself from looking confused before coming up with a good answer??????

I couldn't even come up with a god answer =__=

I used to really suck at interviews. I'd get nervous. I'd stutter and I'd talk in circles. It took me a long time to get good at it.

Basically, you need to prep for a few certain things in advance.

Do basic research on the company. Figure out who their key clients are. Study the job description and think of key ways you'd be able to be good at the job. Create a short list of things you stand for - e.g., strategic, good relationship manager, good with details, etc.

Think of an interview as a conversation, not a judgment. It helps you get into a more relaxed frame of mind so you don't freak out.

Also, interviews are good time for you to ask questions. It's good to ask about their culture, what the company stands for, why it's a good place to work and what the negatives are.

Good luck.

Ok they want typical answers during an interview and research a bit about the job you want to join

Answer platitudes like "I'm motivated and I have the skills to do the job perfect"

"I'm more organized, more intelligent and more skilled than the other students, as proved by my grades" XD Basically just make yourself appear better than everybody else without telling lies

I think before your interview you do some research,

if you do some research and you didn't know how to answer you better say "i will try my best to do my work properly and gain some experience while working"

HEHEHEHE i think you better not to follow me :P
