I just got fired because the General Manager didn't like me.?

I work at this place for a little over a month and the 2 managers liked me but the GM. I heard him in earshot saying " There's something about her I don't like." And there has always been tension between me and him. Then finally last week he called me in in front of the 2 managers (shouldn't be looking over the resturant in the front) well anyway he had his had in his pockets and his leg spread out and in a smark tone saying that I won't be an employee here and I asked why and said we're overstaffed I just left it at that. I was thinking about taking legal action but I figured it will propably be a waste of time espicially for a busser position. But its still in the back of my mind though any suggestions?

There isn't any legal action for you to take. You were released from employment because of over staffing. You had only been there a month (so you were probably still in the probational period anyway).

I suggest that you start looking for another job. You might want ask one of the managers who you think liked you if you could use him/her for your job reference. Hope this helps.
