I have a job interview at Target tomorrow...first job interview..and rather nervous..help?

A friend of mine was currently interviewed there and he said they asked him the question:
"Explain in detail a time you accomplished a goal working with a team of people" Stuff like that...but I am drawing a blank. :/
Also what other questions should I be prepared for? I am soooo nervous!
And is this a good outfit to wear: Black scoop-neck top, white working capris and black flats?

Relax. Target interviews thousands of people each year, and they've seen all kinds. |

Team of people does not necessarly mean someone you worked with. Could be something you accomplished with class mates. With your family? such as building something. Working in a food shelf to help feed the hungry? They will probably ask you why you want to work at target ? You may want to get a leg up on that question by checking out if they give good employee discounts -if you know anyone that works there. Maybe you could tell them that your good in electronics or give them something specific you like working with? Sporting goods? Houshold items? Wear clean clothes be on time. Have you been in the store that you are interviewing at? Check out what the other employees are wearing. Your outfit sounds fine. Take a deep breath and relax you will do fine. Good luck. |
