I have a few questions about my first job?

I want to work at Walgreens, just to get some money saved up. I'm 16, and it's my first job. First, when should I apply for the job? See, I wanna work full time in the summer, how many hours is full time, and the pay, and how many days a week could I work, I'd love 6. And I'd want to work just weekends, or two days a week when school starts, is that possible? And what are the benefits of working at Walgreens? If you happen to know their vacations and such, please share. Thanks!
