Unfortunately there is nothing that you can really do besides getting another job. A regular worker is easily replaceable but a manager is not. Private corporations get rid of the regular/easily replaceable coworker in order to end the confrontation or hostility and bring things back to normal. Complaining against your manager will almost certainly get you fired if not suspended. There's a trend in this country, where corporations feel they can get away with the mistreatment of their coworkers. Unfortunately laws are not tough in this country in order to combat this trend. Trust me, there are many like you out their, I have a very annoying supervisor who treats me and other coworkers like toys. He does not trust me or any other worker and always complains about us to the manager. I just ignore him and deal with it. Hopefully i can find a better job and move on real soon. NOTE: I've come to a strong conclusion though, and that is every job has it's ups and downs, no job is ever ideal and perfect. I've had 5 different jobs so far and every job had its good and bad sides.

Your manager is your boss. If you can't work with her, you look for a new job

I used to have a manager who was a real B*TCH. She was a 400 pound fat lady on a skooter. I worked as a cook at a blind center. She always wanted things to be done fast and be done her way. When i made a special lunch i had to serve like 30 customers and she was still up my butt complaining about this and that. For example, she complained about me not slicing the grilled cheese sandwiches. She would complain about every little f*cking thing. She let me go after a year. I didn't really feel bad. Me and the rest of my co workers would always talk bad about her in the break area while having a smoke. Good times!!!
