I got an Email from Bachem pharmceutical company ,UK saying that they have job openings and asked to answer some questions. I send my CV along with the answers.I have 4yrs exp in that field. after a week they replied that Iam selected and contrcat period is 5yrs.they gave the following address

but they said that I have to contact CARLTON CHAMBERS SOLICITORS (fee ranging frm$300-$700) for processing of UK work permit visa.could u tell me is this the correct process? the company and the agency are correct r not? how can I believe this matter?
