I can't decide between several careers?

Ever since I was about 6 I have loved astronomy, I'd ask for space books for Christmas and documentary DVDs about space on birthdays. More recently, I've taken a liking to physics/astrophysics, which is in a way linked to astronomy. But, the problem is, all that time I had a sort of underlying interest for both psychology and medicine, and I now enjoy studying all of them a lot. I just can't decide which one to follow up, how could I make the decision easier??

When it comes down to it, in the modern world you are forced to go for the job with the best future and the best money.

You can always change later in life and sometimes you can be hugely lucky and find a job which combines all your interests.

In the late 70s I couldn't decide whether to be a German teacher or a computer programmer (at that time it was in no way sure that computers were the future). I ended up being a programmer in Germany :-)
