If you can't spell and use correct grammar, you won't get A job, let alone a good one.

Dubai needs a capital. and it is some, not sum. i realise there are probably plenty of spelling errors in my reply and i haven't used proper grammar, but i'm not the one looking for a proper job.

first get to know what ur good at.. through ur studies.. wt did u realise ur good at?? finance? marketing? hr?? do u want to be going around places all day, or jst sit in ur desk and do routine work? or do different stuff almost every month? do u want to be answering people s calls? etc etc.. think abt wt u want.. and maybe start applyin.. they d give a job description, read that and see if ud go for tht type of job..
