You are not eligible for any sort of assistance. You are a college student, living at home, and considered dependent on your parents. If you quit school and go to work full-time, you get nothing but whatever pay you earn.

You cannot move out. Any landlord wants credit report & employment verification - how long you have worked there, what you do, how much you make, and whether the employer expects to keep you at least one more year (or thru the lease term). You're a student, unemployed, your parents must sign the lease and arrange to pay the rent, if their credit is good enough.

Either remain dependent on your parents, live at home and go to school, or else work and support yourself. Those are your only options.

Ibu guru is right! When you get that job, start saving as much as you can so you have some money saved up when you're able to move out.
