Hi there. I am 15 and i really want to get a job at Woolworths. It is close to home, just a 2 minute walk. I put in a job application in a few days ago. What do I do!? I really really want it. Should I go in there every week? What should I say?

Follow up with the store manager. Call and say I am ... I put in an application for this position and want to make sure you received it and answer any questions you may have or possibly set up a time to interview.

There are plenty of potential hurdles for children in work, many of them legal, parents have to be watchful about that. There is plenty of guidance from the site in the box below on this subject, they also have guidance for all peeps who are looking for work, or who have to change careers.

I would ring and ask if they received your application. That's the first step to let them know that you are inters ted in working there.

Wow you're 15?!?!

Stop stealing jobs from people who need them, you should at least be 16.

Otherwise, call them / contact them and ask politely if theres any update on the job opening - it makes you look enthusiastic.

(but to be honest I wouldn't hire a 15 year old)
