Dress smartly. Whether you're in some jeans and a shirt, or a full on suit... just make sure you ain't looking scruffy.

Make sure your phone is on silent, turn up either 10 minutes early, or just on time, make sure you're not late. Smile, and go into detail on your answers.

Go in there with a shirt, ties, fresh pressed pants, not jeans or track suit bottoms,

bring a CV and pen,

he is going to ask you every generic questions like

"why do you want to work at home base"

"why are you suitable for the job"

also say some b.s like you love working with the public because its something different everyday, he will know its bull but he won't care cause that is what interviews are.

he might even give you scenario, answer honestly and even take breath to think about it more.

also a little tip for you, if he offers you a cup of coffee, tea or water. take it. even if your not thirsty. because then if you have a difficult question, take a sip of the drink and thus giving you longer to answer so you can come up with a better answer.

You've already been given lots of great advice.

At hombase you will be working with people....it's important you show you can communicate, both by listening and talking, and are interested in helping the public. That, some common sense and a good attitude goes a long way. Also teamworking skills may be required so you may want to mention some aspect of that.

Good luck. Remember first impressions are everything and the first few seconds of the meeting the interviewed are very important. How you are and how you look is as important as what you have to say.
