Any tips to NOT be hated by managers?

I don't argue, I do as Im told but I do act nervous around them because Im always scared of being fired (I was just fired from my last job btw).

How can i fit in and not be singled out and hated by managers?

Be FIRM but professional at all times - no one like a push over. even being nice has its drawbacks.

Obviously you have an issue with people. You need to look within and understand what it is that puts a separation between you and others. If you don't it will only get worse for you. Eventually when you go to apply at another company, and they check your background, you'll have a tough time getting hired. Why hire a problem, when there are many others with no excess baggage applying for the same position.

You might need professional help.

I know what you mean in regards to being disliked for no logical reason by some people, especially in the workplace. From what you have already said, it sounds like you are doing everything right by being polite and professional. Is there someone in human resources that you can talk to in regards to this issue? If you are having problems with some of the management, then you should talk to human resources so they can possibly tell those managers to leave you alone. Hope my advice helps, and good luck.
