How would you see this sailor? As a bad person? Do not hold on answers?

A few weeks ago my command went through an inspection cycle. Inspectors come on board and rate the ability of the command to respond to casualties and emergencies. During one of the drills one of the guys that was in charge of the scene, messed up and after wards he became very upset with himself for failing the drill, many others came, but he gave himself a terrible *** beating for not performing how he should have. When asked he said that failure was not good enough and if it was real life a lot of people could have hurt themselves.

Later on another drill the guy performed fine but the assessors said it wasn't good enough and downed it. He knew of his performance and got really upset at the assessors, not being able to do anything, because they were of higher ranking, he just carried himself mad until the end of the inspections, at the end of the day, ranting and raving (in hiding of course) with his shipmantes

IS HE A BAD PERSON? IS THAT A LITTLE OVER THE EDGE?
