My communicative skills are pretty poor. I have a general Idea of the content to put in these questions- but how do you present imformation in questions like these?:

Tell us about why you have decided to apply for an apprenticeship opportunity with BT

Tell us about why you have decided to apply for an apprenticeship opportunity with BT

Think about a task or goal that you have found hard to achieve. Describe how you decided what to do and how you did it.

THANKS GUYS :)

The first step to preparing to fill an application is to do some research on the company and learn its products/services, mission, social outlook, etc. This information is readily available on the Internet. Using the information you obtained weave it into your response along with your career goals. For example, BT is Britain's largest communications provider and offers the latest in communication advancements, this is a perfect match for my career goal of designing (selling, representing, building, etc,) the communications network of the future. Also mention how the mission statement meshes with your work ethic and philosophy, and how you want to work for a socially responsible company. For the next question pick something real and not too complex, like a hard school subject, a musical instrument or game you learned to play. The description of how focus, study, perseverance, team work, finding a good mentor, etc, paid off in achieving your goal and coping with the challenge. Be very careful and stay focused when filling out the application, and have someone proof read your application before you submit it. Good luck The PracticaL Mentor.
