Im 17 and trying to get a part time resturant or grocery store kind of job.

ive had jobs before but never had to go out looking for them.

what is the best way to do it starting from when i walk in the place to what i say and such?

fill out application form

ask to speak to manager

introduce yourself; shake his hand

say you're looking for work

ask if they're hiring or mention you heard they were hiring

hand him resume & application form

mention details if asked (specific desired position, availability, etc)

thank him and shake again

say goodbye

be on your way
