Describe one time you and someone had a disagreement and how did I resolve the disagreement?

This was for McDonalds and I said I never had a disagreement with anyone which was true because I don't like to argue and disagree with people.

If you've really never disagreed with anyone, you skipped childhood and never had friends or a family. Did you really never get into a "Mine! No, mine!" tug-of-war with a sibling or a friend when you were little?

Disagreement doesn't have to mean arguing. If you ever thought your teacher or a parent was unfair, that was a disagreement, even if you didn't argue. If a telemarketer ever called and you hung up on them, that was a disagreement: you didn't agree to buy what they wanted you to buy, maybe even to listen to them. If proselytizers ever came to your door, did you agree to join their church? if not, you disagreed.

Those are just a few examples. Surely you can think of lots more.
