At my last job I started as a temp but became a permanent employee after a couple of months and also got promoted to a higher position in the same department. In my resume, should I break this up?

Just keep it in two different positions. Don't mention the temp time because the first role you were in was the same. If you get an interview and there's time you might mention it bit it rally has no big importance to recruiters. Don't forget to show the time you were at each of the positions. |
