I really want to work at this place called Kumon, but i do not know how to apply. Should I walk in and ask for a job/job application, or should I call them first?

Get yourself noticed, ask them if they have any vacancies and would it be possible for you to acquire a position there. Be charming, give them your details and CV if you have one and just leave it with them.
