How much should newspaper delivery guys get paid on average?

Im a newspaper delivery kid and i only get paid around $50 a month. i do around 54 newspapers, 3 times a week. they are very bulky and heavy newpapers. its hard work. what am i supposed to do with 50 bucks a month?

i know a kid who does waay smaller newspapers, 2 times a week, he only does 30 newpapers, and he gets paid 75 dollars a month.

should i phone my courier and ask them if they can give me more money or will they not do anything?
