How long does it take to hear back after a part-time job interview?

Hi guys, im only 16 and had my very first job interview on wednesday there. its not sunday and as i've never had one before i'm a little worried about how long it takes for them to get back to me.. if they do?
I'd just like to know will they get back to me even if i didn't get it?
and also.. they were saying to me;
"do you want to know how much you'll be getting?" and..
"we'd probably have you work 2 or 3 shifts a week"
so im confused! please help me!!

There's no set amount of time for when you'll hear back from an employer. It depends on the individual employer. That doesn't mean you have to sit around and wait for the phone to ring. If you haven't heard anything in a week, then give the employer a call and say you're just following up on the interview you had. |

Your best bet would be to call them in like 2 or 3 days and just ask |

If they want you, they'll be in touch. Each job is different so there's no set time frame. |

Well, from my experience, I would either call them again or stop by. That shows interest. Be confident and show them you mean business. I have made mistakes of looking down or hesitating to answer a question do to nerves. Always give them a firm hand shake and look them in the face with a kind smile. That is key too. Good Luck! |
