How long does a background check take with Best Buy?

Alright, so I had my 3rd interview with the GM at a Best Buy store. I was given my salary and had to sign a bunch of papers. I was then told that I had to go through a drug test and a background check, and that I would get a call within 3 days. I took the drug test immediately after the interview. About 6 days later, I get a call saying that my drug test was good, but my background check is still pending. It has been about 10 days since the last interview. Do I still have the job or are they stalling me away?
