Ok so my question is. What is the longest you have had to wait after having a job interview before they finally offered you the job? What kind of job was it?

I have put in one app my whole life and i work at McDonalds, i got hired at the interview, although it took like 2 weesks after i put in the app for them to call me.

I applied for heaps of jobs most employers didnt even reply back so whats the point of applying for a job?

The longest I've waited till I heard I got the job was 3 days. The longest I waited, didn't get the job and moved on was 2 weeks.

Waited 3 days for a painting job.

The job I have now, I was asked at my interview if could start the following Monday - as an education assistant.
