Do you know what I would do? I would carry on working there until I find another job in a similar role. What I am saying is, put up with this for a while longer but a the same time begin looking for another job, that way once you get offered the other job (fingers crossed) you can stick your middle finger in his face (literally!).

I just went thru the same thing at my former job. My boss was really bad, bully, angry, degrading, disrespectful. i would go home very upset and make myself sick over it. report him to your human resources department and make sure it is a FORMAL complaint. They will have to follow up on it. I did this, was assured it would be handled, luckily for me a co-worker reported him at the same time. I GOT LAID OFF for having an abusive boss. Nothing happened to my co-worker. I am filing a formal complaint with the labor board against this man and the company. Don't be a victim, it's against the law. Document EVERYTHING, times, dates. If you can get a little dictaphone and tape the conversations that would be helpful as well. The burden of proof is on you. Good luck!!!!
