How do you prepare for a second interview?

Category: Other

I have a second interview for Express clothing store tomorrow at 12 and it is with 2 different managers. I am wondering how to prepare for this one, what questions they will ask, etc. Thank you :)

(Previously asked-did not get many responses)

Practice by looking in the mirror and keeping eye contact. Don't use words like Uh or hm, it makes u sound dumb. Be direct and answer truthfully..If you don't know an answer say so and ask what would be the right response or thing to do.Have a friend ask you questions so you might be a little prepared. Don't fidget, place hands folded on top of each other in your lap, and sit up straight.

Here are a few questions you might be asked..

Why do you want to work here? Did you apply to other places besides this store? If hired and called back by another store you applied to, would you give us a two week notice or just quit? correct answer is If I was hired here then this is where I intend to work.

Questions you should ask are, Do i work on commission , salary or hourly wage? Is there room to move up, possibly to management? What do i do if I suspect a shop lifter? Is there health insurance and 401 K?

Get a good night's rest and avoid caffeine for 24 hours. When you arise the morning of your interview, go through complete and proper grooming and dress to look your best. Don't eat a heavy breakfast.

Other than that, make sure you have some questions to ask so you can prove your interest and enthusiasm. Good questions topics include promotion opportunities, vacation, work environment.

Good luck.
