How do you leave WORK behind?

I am so stressed all the time that I really can't let it go when I get home. I spend most nights stressing over the morning & constantly checking my work email so I don't have any surprises. I dream about work, I wake up stressing before I even get there, I have anxiety attacks while driving there, etc. How do you find a balance & leave it behind? My boss calls me at every hour to tell me how stressed she is and I feel like I just can't get away from it. Sometimes I think my job will be the death of me.

You must seperate work from your personal life.......it is natural to debrief with work colleagues but not every hour, that is not on....do not answer your phone.

Your going to get sick with worrying about things that you have no control over whilst your at home, its futile! and a waste of your good energy which you need at work.

You need outside interests to take your mind off work and start living a happy fulfilled life, try not to live your life around your job, its a huge world out there, lots to do and see, enjoy it.

Make it a principle that DO NOT BRING OFFICE TO YOUR HOME AND DO NOT BRING YOUR HOME TO YOUR OFFICE. You will feel relaxed.
