Do You Love Machines? then seduce them to love you also.

Of course, your age may not allow to go for higher position. But that doesn't matter if you can show and prove your potentiality and skills.

First, Learn the basics of Auto Engineering at least. This will help to show your certificate to employers that you are serious about your career.

Second, find out which car do you like most. Learn as much as you want about them. Company, their Brands, their current affairs, Technology and people. Visit them as a student and show your eagerness to them.

Do you believe yourself as a SMART person? if Yes, you will RUN with your smartness and will grab opportunity. Otherwise, go and learn how to be.
