How do I deal with my ***** of a boss?

I've been working for a husband and wife team for the last few months and today was the first time that I've ever felt out of place. The man is so henpecked that whatever she says goes. Quite recently, she has been giving me the cold shoulder and tries to embarrass me in front our overseas contacts via email. I think it's because I don't suck up to her like the other girls do. I don't think I should have to. She has been more than generous to me when I had to deal with my personal time, but I don't see the need to kiss her ***. I've made it a point to be irreplaceable in my position because the economy is bad and I need and love my job. I hate the feeling of being ignored or brushed away, but I won't grovel. How should I handle this?

Don't freak out since you've made a point of being irreplacable cause some things that only the ''wife'' would do to anger her husband. Do everything you need to do to anger the husband with wife's mistakes for example if he wants to listen to his wife and maybe writes notes for him. Remove them or jot something else down to ruin the relationship and then comes your chance where you can show them that you're the best that can be and that you are certainly irreplacable unlike the other girls.Increase your work rate, feel motivated and show this boss that without you his business will fail completely. Bring up some evidence that his wife has been embarassing you. Hope this helps! Now go to that boss and kick his ***!!! |
