How do I choose between two places I have been offered a job at?

I am 15 years old and have recently quit a job in one of the best coffee shops in my area due to the poor pay, however I got good experience there and came away with a good CV and good skills in making coffee. I've been offered two jobs, one in Patisserie Valerie (a leading cafe, restaurant and patisserie chain) and another as a waitress in a lovely independent restaurant. Both jobs are lovely, the people and pay are very good but in Patisserie Valerie, even though the food is excellent, the coffee made there is terrible and I can't stand making it they way they've told me to. In the other restaurant, I can't make coffee at all and the only skills I can pick up from there is more waitressing, yet the people are more casual and chilled out. I'm torn up on this, and can't decide which job I should take and would benefit me both in my future job prospects and happiness. I'm scared I'll make the wrong choice and won't get an opportunity of good work again because of my age. Anyone got any advice?

Take the job that you will be happier at. You are still young and in school and this job will most likely not effect your future that much. Unless you plan on making waiting your career, working at a higher end restaurant won't really help you out any more than working at any other entry level job in your future career path. Employers outside of that specific industry don't really care what after-school/summer job that you had, just that you had one and performed well at it.

Why do you need to make coffee? The second job sounds much better!
